With three away games this Saturday and only the 4th team playing at Gorton Street, you would think that there’s not much on at the cub. Well think again. The club will be open throughout the week end as follows;
Friday, Wales v France KO 8:05pm.
Saturday, Italy v Scotland KO 2:35pm (this will be recorded and shown later in the evening)
Then we will have shown live England v Ireland KO 4:50pm.
Sunday, we will have the normal chaos, otherwise known as the little kiddies. Once they’ve all been hosed down, fed and watered we will be showing a couple of footie games on the TV.
First the Cream of Manchester take on London French other wise known as Arsenal, KO 2:00pm.
Second a Wastelands XI take on a Stanley Park South XI in a match billed (for some reason) as the League Cup Final, KO 4:00pm. In total unbiased fashion I’m cheering the referee in this one.
Lets see as many down the club as possible, especially for the England game, the attendance at the last two England games has been shocking, to say the least. And that’s not my opinion, although I agree with it, it’s Ground Keeper Teddy’s.
So as Deliha says “LETS BE AVING YOU”.
