Start of Season so what does that mean?

As we’ve not only seen the start of the Rugby Season, to day it the first day of the Autumnal Season.  This means only one thing to me, it’s time we all paid our Membership Subscriptions.  Heather, as usual, is doing a grand job with the Mini & Juniors, all we need to see is some monies “Falling” into the club coffers from the Senior section.  For those who are unaware of the going rates they are as follows;

Senior Players (Male & Female) £40 (£3 if DD)

Non-playing £25 (£2 if DD)

VP £30 (£2.50 if DD)

Social £15 (£1 if DD)

A few points to note;

Only fully paid up playing members are (i) allowed to use the gym and (ii) have access to the club physio.  This means coaches of junior teams, if not a playing member, should not be using the gym unless they are supervising their players.  They should also be seeking direction from a member of the Gym Committee regarding correct use of the gym equipment.

Finally, as agreed at the AGM, any member of a club committee, or sub-committee, should be at least a non-playing member, social membership is not sufficient if they are to take a leading role in the club.

I trust I’ll be seeing a rush in payments from you all, to ensure all the clubs bills are paid, or I may have to revert to the Dutton method of making a point.

About mparkinson

Before I started on my quest of world domination I was a part time dress maker, specialising in the larger woman. To succed in my aim of world domination my first plan is to cause social unrest and panic through subliminal messages in my match reports, so reader beware. During my long journey of life I have caused havoc in many lands, Geordie land, Cockney land and now Manc land. And this is without mentioning what I got up to in foreign rugby tours to USA, Canada, Holland, Hungary, Ireland & Wales.
