The new rugby season is almost upon us and I am writing to advise you all
that this year registration day will be on Sunday 8th September 2013 from
Below are all the relevant forms required for your son or daughters
registration renewal. I would greatly appreciate it if you could print off
the forms and complete them before hand and bring them with you on
registration day. It is necessary for all players to complete the Photo
consent form and Membership form each year. If you have already registered
as a Photographer it is not necessary to complete another one, this will
carry forward to this coming season.
This year your subscription fees will remain the same at £1 per week. The
rugby season is approx 30 weeks long. There is a £2 registration fee to add
to the weekly subs, therefore the total payable is excellent value at £32
for the season. For this the players will get a snack after each match or
training session, use of the club facilities i.e. showers and changing rooms,
and access to the club house.
There are a number of ways in which the fees can be paid, either in full by
cash or cheque, in full via the club website using pay pal (small fee
applies) or by standing order (Form attached).
The Club are currently trying to promote the use of the Easy fundraising
site, this is a fantastic way of the club raising funds just by shoppers
using the Easy fundraising site to do their internet shopping. I would love it
if you would all take the time to have a look and register to use this
fantastic tool, a way for the club to raise much needed funds.
