For all who didn’t see, or more likely chose to ignore, my previous post this is just to remind all that this coming Saturday evening will be showing the England v Samoa game live in the club house.
To make an occasion of it all, there will be food laid on before the game, prepared by Monsieur Gary Hamer, this will be a two course meal (meat & veg/salad and cheese & biscuits) all for a very reasonable price of £5 per head.
In addition to the food we will also be holding 2 competitions, one for the best patriotically dressed supporter and one for the best ethnic Polynesian attire.
This is open to all sections of the club and all ages. If there is a need children may watch the game in the conference room so as not to get crushed in the rush for the toilets at half time.
Note also the members draw, which now stands at £30, will be held at halftime.
